When I was a kid, nothing was cooler than arriving at school decked out with a Lisa Frank Trapper Keeper®! (Look it up, kids.) And so it’s no wonder that on early fall nights after countless hours spent collecting technicolor leopards and unicorns stickers, we’d sit down to make a cup of hot chocolate inspired by Lisa’s legendary influence.

Easy Bake Option:
Recipe can be substituted with Land O’ Lakes Classic Arctic White Hot Cocoa Mix. Then just add 1 drop of pink food coloring to each cup and decorate.
What You Need:
4 cups Milk
1 cup White chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Salt
Step By Step:
In a large saucepan, combine 4 cups milk, 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 teaspoon salt. Then, over medium to low heat, stir continuously until the white chocolate has melted and the mix is smooth; don’t boil. Add 2 drops of pink food coloring and serve immediately.
