CES Robot is the Cutest Robot Ever!

There’s a new robot in town, Meet Kuri the worlds cutest robot

Kuri is the work of California-based company Mayfield Robotics, and is the cutest robot and voice-command-activated security camera ever! It interacts to you with a number of bleeps, bloops, and yes, the sweetest of facial expressions. Kuri is designed to not only keep an eye on your home, but also to be a new addition of sorts to your family.

Kuri is the cutest robot that can read books to children, remind you to check the cookies baking in the oven and much more. Kuri’s different then other automated home devices because Kuri actually knows your home. Kuri can create a mental map of your home, she return herself to the charging dock when it senses that it needs to power up, and has a sensor-equipped body that allows it to detect nearby objects to avoid collisions! One thing we know for sure is growing up will be a lot different for kids in the future. Check out how cute she is with kids:

Kuri’s eyes aren’t just adorable, they’re equipped with a camera that can capture photos and video. He can even recognize faces and monitor your home when you’re not there. A built-in microphone and sound-detection technology make Kuri an excellent listener. She will recognize your voice and respond to your commands. Plus, Kuri can detect unusually loud noises and even send an alert to your phone if anything is amiss.

One of the cutest things about Kuri is that she speaks robot… and only robot. It’s a purposeful language of friendly chirps and beeps that are fun to learn. The more you interact with her, the more you will understand.

Kuri is just under two feet tall and weighs about 14 pounds. It’s compatible with Android and iOS mobile devices and is available for pre-order here.
