In my house, The Little Mermaid was the most important movie of our lifetime. I think me and my little sis watched the VHS tape so many times that it finally wore out. (“VHS” is what we watched movies on before streaming.) Seeing as how every time we sat down to watch the movie, we would recite every single word of the Disney classic, you know we needed the appropriate refreshments. These pretzel sticks, bathed in white chocolate and adorned with sprinkles and goldfish crackers, hit all the right notes of salty and sweet. Plus, “I love little fishes, don’t you?”
What You Need:
1 Box Pretzel sticks
1 bag White chocolate chips
1 Bag Goldfish crackers
1 Bottle Sprinkles
Step By Step:
Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave or stove top, stirring every 30 seconds. Once completely melted, add blue food coloring and mix until color is consistent.
Dip pretzel into the white chocolate, then spoon chocolate over the pretzel stick until half covered. Then add sprinkles of your choice (we like white or blue) on top, and afix 2 goldfish at the top and the bottom. Place on wax paper to cool.
Continue to cover pretzels until all of the white chocolate is finished.
