Peanut Butter Egg Baskets Recipe From The Easy Bake Unicorn Cookbook:
We are so excited to share with you an excerpt from our new Kickstarter Easy Bake Unicorn Cookbook! These amazing, simple, kids treats are one’s we made with our mom and grandmother – so we know your kids will enjoy making these new unicorn food classics with you.
Obviously holiday’s that revolved around candy were a big hit in my house. So as soon as Easter rolled around, the kids were twitterpated by my mom’s favorite springtime peanut butter cup classic. This treat is super easy to make and perfect for all your colorful egg-hunting egg-stravaganzas.

What You Need:
1 cup Light corn syrup
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Peanut butter
6 cup Rice Krispies® cereal
1 package Semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup Chocolate chips
Step By Step:
Combine 1 cup corn syrup and 1 cup sugar in large pot or saucepan.
Place the pot over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup peanut butter.
Add 6 cups Rice Krispies® cereal and stir until everything is covered. Spray cooking spray over a cupcake pan and begin to scoop the mix into the cups.
Melt chocolate chips in pot over low heat, stirring constantly, then spoon over the cups of cereal. Let cool and decorate with buttercream and Reese’s® Peanut Butter Eggs.
Before you are ready to take your cheesecake out of the fridge, prepare your whip cream. Using one small container of Cool Whip® from the store, stir in sky blue food coloring. Stir until whip cream becomes entirely sky blue and scoop it into a piping bag or frosting tool of your choice.
Remove cheesecake from the fridge add additional sprinkles and top with light blue dollaps of cool whip.
For extra fun, we also like to add giant white chocolate pearls to give it an extra special glow.
