Hong Kong has a new hot stop for Hello Kitty Chinese Food Lovers!

Book us a plane ticket, or set us sail on the high seas. Because we MUST get to Hong Kong’s Canton Road Hello Kitty Chinese Food Restaurant! It is the first of its kind severing supreme delicacies of our favorite kitty! The dim sum menu features 37 dishes, according to TIME, including stir-fried beef and some of the cutest shrimp buns we have ever seen. Interested in more fun ideas? Check out our Unicorn Cookbook!

Named Best Kids Book of 2018 by Red Tricycle!

The founder of the restaurant is all about healthy eating, so he has made all the dumplings and noodles with natural ingredients! And if you can believe it Man Kwong (the chef) even uses squid ink for Hello Kitty’s eyes! In the long run, he plans to swap out more ingredients for healthier options, like coconut oil. But for now, he’s using organic whenever possible, natural dyes, less salt and less oil.

The cuteness starts outside: Hello Kitty signs in red and gold — two lucky colors in Chinese tradition — adorn the front of the restaurant, along with Chinese-style latticed windows that feature the shape of her bow.

All of the dishes had to be approved by Sanrio executives.
