Let me tell you, Frosty and I have one thing in common, a bad case of Bieber Fever! But I am fairly certain that I have seen our boy in concert more times then my melted friend here… he just can’t ever seem to make it out of the arena in one piece. But for those snowy winter days when we can’t spend each moment with Justin, me and Frosty sure do know how to reminisce over an amazing cup of dark chocolate cocoa with a very Biebs holiday album.

What You Need:
3 1/2 cups Sugar
2 1/4 cups Cocoa
1 tablespoon Salt
4 Cups Whole milk for serving
Step By Step:
In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups sugar, 2 1/4 cocoa, and 1 tablespoon salt, and whisk to combine well. Store in a plastic container or mason jar until ready to use.
In a ceramic mug, add 1 cup of whole milk and microwave on high for 1 minute or until hot. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix, and stir to dissolve.
Grab a bag of large marshmallows, cut in half, and lightly coat the back with powered sugar so they don’t stick. Then decorate with Royal Icing (recipe on page 53) in black and orange, or store-bought gel frosting will work just as well.
